We publish what each provider states publicly, record the date we checked it, and share your enquiry with the provider you choose, or one matched to your business requirements if you have not chosen.

Why this marketplace exists

Business Setup AE is run as an independent comparison project for founders who want a clearer way to choose a UAE setup provider. The site was created because published licence offers often mix authority fees, provider service fees, visa assumptions, office terms and promotions in ways that are hard to compare.

Our role is to organise those public and provider-submitted details into one structured marketplace, show where each figure came from and make the limits of the data visible before you request a quote.

How we protect impartial comparison

We do not form companies

Business Setup AE is a comparison marketplace, not a business setup consultancy, law firm, tax adviser or licensing authority. We publish provider packages and share your enquiry with the provider you select, or one matched to your requirements.

We add no fee to your quote

The price you see is the price the provider publishes. We do not mark packages up or add a fee to your quote. Providers pay us for qualified introductions, as explained below.

Paid placement is always labelled

Featured and Sponsored placements are commercial and carry that label wherever they appear. They are stored separately from organic listings and never appear as neutral recommendations.

Price sorting is never overridden

When you sort by price, the order is the actual price. Commercial placement cannot reorder a price sort, a filter result or a Find My Setup match.

How package data is sourced and verified

Every package in the marketplace comes from a provider's own published page, PDF or written submission. We record the source and the date we read it. We never convert a "starting from" or "government cost from" figure into a fixed all-inclusive price, and we never estimate a number the provider has not published.

Status	What it means
Verified	We read this price on the provider's own public source and recorded the URL and check date.
Provider submitted	The provider supplied this package to us in writing; it is not yet matched against a public source.
Publicly listed	Taken from a public listing where the provider has not confirmed the detail directly to us.
Needs verification	The source is older than our re-check window, so treat the figure as indicative until re-confirmed.
Not stated	The provider does not publish this detail. It means unknown, not excluded — ask for written confirmation.

Packages are flagged for re-checking after 30 days and marked as needing re-verification after 60 days, because UAE licence and government fees change.
Promotional prices stop being shown as current offers once the published expiry date passes.
Packages whose source does not state a single licensing route are withheld from public pages rather than guessed at.
We publish no rating we have not verified, and we do not operate our own quality rating of providers.

How we make money

Providers pay us for qualified enquiries, for Featured and Sponsored placements, and for partner subscriptions. BusinessSetup.ae does not charge founders a platform fee or add a markup to published package prices. Providers confirm their final quotations directly.

Introduction fees — a provider may pay a fee or commission when we connect them with your enquiry, including where you become their client.
Featured placement — a labelled commercial slot on category and comparison pages.
Sponsored placement — labelled advertising, visually distinct from organic listings.
Partner subscriptions — providers who maintain their own package data on the platform.

How to spot paid placement: look for the Featured or Sponsored label on the card. Anything without one of those labels is ordered by the sort or filter you selected — relevance, price or visa count.

What we are not

We are not a government body, a licensing authority, a law firm or a tax authority, and we are not the provider who will register your company. Nothing on this site is legal or tax advice. For regulated questions, confirm with the relevant authority — the Ministry of Economy, Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism, the Federal Tax Authority, or the free zone authority concerned — or take professional advice.
