Editorial, review and corrections policy

Who writes and reviews our content

Guides and landing pages are written and fact-checked in-house by the Business Setup AE editorial team against provider sources and UAE authority publications, and carry the date they were last updated. We do not publish invented author biographies, credentials or headshots, and we do not present ourselves as licensed legal, tax or immigration advisers.

Editorial independence from commercial placement

Featured and Sponsored placements are paid and always labelled as such. They are stored separately from organic listings and cannot reorder a price sort, a filter result, a comparison table or a Find My Setup match. No provider can pay to change a published price, a verification badge or an inclusion state.

Guidance versus advice

Our calculators and planners produce clearly labelled Business Setup AE estimates based on published fee schedules and modelled assumptions. They are indicative planning figures, not quotations, and are never shown as a verified provider price. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or immigration advice.

Corrections policy

If a price, inclusion, authority name or fee on this site is wrong or out of date, we want to fix it. Email businesssetup@zohomail.com with the page URL and, where possible, the provider or authority page that shows the correct figure.

• •Verified factual errors in package data are corrected against the provider's current source page, and the verification date is reset.
• •Where a provider has withdrawn or changed a package, the row is re-verified or removed rather than left standing.
• •Where we cannot confirm a figure from a source, the field is set to "Not stated" instead of being guessed.

Review policy

We do not host user reviews or testimonials, and we publish no star ratings of our own. Where a Google rating and review count are shown, they are attributed to Google and marked "Not verified" when we have not confirmed them.

Provider listing and removal

Providers are listed on the basis of publicly available package information. A provider can ask us to correct its data, or to remove its packages, by emailing businesssetup@zohomail.com from a company domain. Listing is not an endorsement, a certification or a recommendation — we are not a licensing authority.
